More scientific research on ME/CFS is needed to serve patients better

As little is known about the pathogenesis of ME/CFS, treatment can only be symptomatic. Therefore, more research is needed. Moreover, symptoms of patients with ME/CFS should be taken seriously and fully recognized in the assessment of claims for benefits.
