Recommendation on exposure limit cadmium

Cadmium and inorganic cadmium compounds are hazardous to human health. The Scientific Committee on Occupational Exposure Limits (SCOEL) has recommended a new advisory value in 2017 for occupational exposure to cadmium. The Health Council is of the opinion that this new advisory value is insufficiently substantiated.
