More data needed about the role of tbc vaccine in the context of COVID-19

To what extent BCG (the vaccine against tuberculosis) could play a role in combating COVID-19 is still unclear. The Health Council of the Netherlands advises the Minister of Health, Welfare and Sport to wait for the outcomes of current research and to reassess the situation after that.
